Welcome to Crestwood Landscaping LLC
When I was 13, I began working for Mrs. Hamill down the street doing miscellaneous landscape tasks. I worked hard and she told her friends. Soon I was biking all over town with various tools strapped to the back of the bicycle. These jobs, combined with a deep love for nature, produced a passion for landscaping, which resulted in me studying and graduating with a degree in Landscape and Environmental Design with highest honors. During the last year of my college program, a local landscape maintenance company moved out of state and recommended me to their clients which allowed for further growth into the landscape industry. After a year of operation as a sole proprietorship, Crestwood Landscaping LLC was formed. From the days of the bicycle to the fleet of equipment I have now I have greatly enjoyed growing in skill, capability, and most importantly, relationships with members of my community.
Now I have an established business with a craftsmanlike skill in natural stone hardscape. I love designing and creating landscape elements that make homes and yards both beautiful and enjoyable. The ability to work with my customers to provide an area for them to enjoy as much as I do gives me tremendous joy. Please look through the gallery of pictures I have of jobs I have completed to get a sense of my style and projects.
If there is any way I can help you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Have a great day,
Noah Chidester—Owner
The tree that never had to fight
For sun and sky and air and light,
But stood out in the open plain
And always got its share of rain,
Never became a forest king
But lived and died a scrubby thing.
The man who never had to toil
To gain and farm his patch of soil,
Who never had to win his share
Of sun and sky and light and air,
Never became a manly man
But lived and died as he began.
Good timber does not grow with ease:
The stronger wind, the stronger trees;
The further sky, the greater length;
The more the storm, the more the strength.
By sun and cold, by rain and snow,
In trees and men good timbers grow.
Where thickest lies the forest growth,
We find the patriarchs of both.
And they hold counsel with the stars
Whose broken branches show the scars
Of many winds and much of strife.
This is the common law of life.
